Please read before you commission me ^^

- Full upfront payment before I begin painting is required.
- Once I've started working on the commission, there will be no refunds.
- You will receive a sketch and that is the time when you can give me some feedback. You have to confirm it before I continue the work.- Small corrections can be made to the finished product if necessary, but major changes/complete overhauls will require additional payment unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.- The time it takes to finish your commission will take around 1-2 months, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, your queue slot amongst my other work.- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image.TOS:
I. Jayllustrates, claims the rights to the produced drawing, therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to use such as:
Including the piece in the future art portfolios.
Promote myself with it.
Post the commissioned artwork anywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.) Inform me if you would like to be name-anonymous in my posts.
I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
Once I've started the commission, there will be no refunds.
II. The buyer is allowed to:
Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.), please use the watermarked version if uploading online.
Use the artwork as a profile picture or on their Youtube channel.The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my signature from the artwork / Altering the artwork without my consent.
